Warranty Conditions
In order to receive warranty service, it is necessary to fully comply with the following conditions:
► The warranty period is calculated from the date indicated on the item's warranty sheet.
► To receive warranty service, the user is obliged to contact the number indicated on the warranty card, or visit the address of the warranty service indicated on the warranty card.
► In order to receive warranty service, the customer must present a warranty card containing the date of product sale, product brand, model, store seal and signature.
► Within three working days after the purchase of the item, if a factory defect is found, the product will be submitted to the service center. If the problem is confirmed, the product is subject to replacement. If a factory defect is detected, the item will be replaced immediately after the completion of the relevant procedures. The item must be presented by the customer with an undamaged box, complete packaging, complete set and without any mechanical damage.
► If a factory defect is discovered after three working days from the purchase of the product, the item is subject to repair.
► If the Service Center is unable to repair and detail the item within twenty-five (45) business days, the item is subject to replacement. If it is not possible to replace the existing item with the same model and the customer does not agree to replace it with another model with similar functionality and price, the store is obliged to cancel the order and return the amount paid in the order to the customer.
Product return and exchange
► The product can be returned or exchanged only if the product characteristics do not match the description of the technical characteristics on the website and its visual side. The product can be exchanged or returned within two working days of its purchase.
► The online store does not return or exchange the product if you no longer like the item, you no longer consider it necessary to own it, it does not meet your expectations, and for other similar reasons.
► The company does not return or replace the item if the customer, upon receiving it, improperly checked the product and it has mechanical damage, does not match the photo presented on the website or does not have a complete set.
The item is not subject to warranty service if:
► The warranty period has expired
► The product brand, model, and date of sale do not match in the warranty document. The warranty document does not contain the company seal or the signature of the store representative.
► The item has mechanical, thermal or water damage
► The product set is not fully presented
► The item was damaged due to incorrect operation
► If the item is not for industrial or commercial purpose and was damaged during commercial use
► Product damage caused by electrical malfunction
► The item is repaired or "opened" arbitrarily or at unofficial service centers.
► The item was damaged by a third party during incorrect installation or switching on. The operating conditions in the user manual were not taken into account
► Accessories (including battery, head, headset, charging device, etc.) are not subject to warranty conditions
► Consumables of the device have been used in violation of the operating conditions
In order for the purchased equipment to work for a long and reliable time, we recommend that you carefully read the warranty document and the operating instructions.
